This is the second album by Cold Comfort.

This album began with a flurry of songs written across a spare Saturday afternoon with an out of tune guitar, a battered USB mic and a bunch of garage band plug ins. More songs emerged shortly after with the same equipment.

Musically it’s an ode to the music that I grew up listening to. There’s a bunch of 00’s indie references if you look for them. Lyrically, it’s about navigating through fear. It’s about being scared of your career, your spending habits, the ambition of your friends and basically everything else.

I am the sad character.
